Content

2017: Automation based on solutions "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.2" and "1C: Document Management 8 KORP"

In May 2017, it became known about the end of automation on the basis of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 of the Russian manufacturer of medical contact devices for ultrasound and functional diagnostics, ophthalmology, Geltek-Medica LLC.

In February 2016, together with 1C: April Soft, a project was initiated to implement 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.2 in parallel with the 1C: Document Management 8 CORP automation project to implement the integration of the two systems. The main goal of the project was to calculate the management cost of a product unit with the transition to a new progressive system of integrated automation of accounting and management of the enterprise 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.2.

During the project implementation the following works were performed:

  • A new functionality is implemented in the Sales block: automatic write-off by series
  • Input control of raw materials is automated (taking into account the situation when unverified raw materials cannot be put into operation)
  • Automated intermediate and output control of finished products, as well as storage control
  • A pattern write-off scheme has been developed
  • Mechanisms for allocating the costs related to the financial result to the cost of products for the purposes of enterprise management have been finalized; A number of reports have been developed for cost analysis.

In addition, as a result of the project:

  • Record keeping for raw materials and finished products series is organized. Traceability of raw material series use is provided, and from which particular raw material each batch of products is produced.
  • In the unified information space 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.2 and 1C: Document Management 8 are subject to the procedures for agreeing contracts, orders, requests for cash consumption.
  • A mechanism for automatic selection of series using the FEFO method has been developed, taking into account the fact that the batch of raw materials or products has passed the quality check.
  • Sales documents are exchanged with individual buyers.
  • When working with customer orders, the status is used, which allows you to get information about the current status of the order at any time.
  • An order scheme for working with a remote department is organized, which allows you to track the dispatch and receipt of products, dividing them into reflected operations.
  • Additional forms for export sales, various operational management reports have been created.
  • The mechanism of operational accounting of performed operations, material consumption, quality parameters, equipment operation parameters has been developed. The traceability of materials use and prompt receipt of information on the progress of the production process are organized.
  • Transparent accounting of materials in workshops is organized through the allocation of shop pantries.
  • Tools have been developed for recording quality parameters, both input raw materials and manufactured products, as well as parameters in the production process.
  • Analytical and statistical reports have been developed to track the quality parameters of the item required for cosmetic products;
  • Reports have been developed with the help of which it is possible to quickly obtain reliable information necessary for making management decisions.
  • The Production Manager Assistant has been developed to automatically (according to the schedule) generate orders for materials for production, reserve materials by stages and transfer the stage to the "Execution" state when the stage is fully provided.
  • "1C: Workflow 8 CORP" is implemented within the following subsystems:
