Igramoloko automated the reporting of the enterprise

On September 25, 2017 The First Beat company announced implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management technology in Igramoloko LLC.

Project Tasks

Work in the operating accounting system did not satisfy to requirements of the enterprise customer. Employees spent a lot of time for the statement of shipment documents, documents for motor transport. The lack of electronic document management, insufficient customizability of a system, timeliness of accounting on partners with government contracts - mismatch on a number of aspects conducted to the fact that the head had no opportunity to see a relevant picture on the organization and to make operational management decisions.

Project Progress

For a basis the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product is selected from the project.

A system is installed and configured in 15 workplaces. In addition to implementation of regulated accounting specialists of the company contractor paid special attention to the problems revealed during negotiations and at an inspection stage.

Are implemented:

• accounting of finished goods about use of different units of measure,
• the system of production accounting with automatic cost accounting of finished goods,
• services of auxiliary productions,
• the system of use of specifications on products.

For reduction of labor costs of staff of the enterprise jobs of managers on shipment, according to the statement TTN and formation of admissions for trucks are created, electronic document management with partners is configured. Directly for the head reporting system is customized.

Project Results

In a project deliverable the staff of Igramoloko LLC can create for several seconds the report on release and sales of finished goods in the set units of measure. Calculation of product cost forms automatically, need of data collection, input manually in the table Excel disappeared. Write-off and distribution of production raw materials to products, on the basis of the available standards with a possibility of adjustment to actual data is automatically carried out.
