Planning module and calculations of cost value of transportation of gas

Industry solution for automation of corporate planning of JSC Gazprom within application by affiliated enterprises "Methodical recommendations about planning and calculation of cost value of JSC Gazprom.

Within the module "Planning and Calculation of Cost Value" are implemented:

• support of different options of planning depending on information flow direction and also its version control and temporary sampling;
• convenient data entry, the analysis and adjustment of the multilevel budget of the enterprise by cost elements, the centers of the financial responsibility, branches and places of emergence of costs;
• different options of connection of remote divisions (branches) to work in the module: direct connection to the server (on-line mode), and using a replicaiton engine of KAS "Business Lux" (at bad communication lines);
• orientation to work in the system of specialists of different services of the enterprise;
• unique technique of calculation of cost value by creation and the solution of a system of accounting equations;
• automatic formation of the main forms of the corporate reporting of JSC Gazprom: Income and expenditure budget, 94 gas, Economic indicators of activity, Estimate of total costs, etc.;
• possibility of close integration with the accounting system which is already used at the enterprise for the cost accounting (subsystems of KAS "Business Lux", SAP R/3, 1C, etc.): collection of information in necessary cuts, calculation of actual cost on the basis of creation of a system of accounting equations and the return unloading of postings, transformation of accounting information in report forms.

When developing the module the main attention was paid to optimization of work of users and expansion of opportunities of the interface regarding input and data analysis. Development of the IS-Builder platform was reached for the realization account of the new visual forms for planning implemented on .NET by means of Microsoft Visual Studio.
