N3.Queuing Management

N3.Queuing management - provides mechanisms for interaction and exchange of information about directions between information systems serving the process of maintaining a regional queue of patients for medical care in areas for planned hospitalization, consultative reception, diagnostic research. Component of the integration platform "N3. Health," designed to organize the exchange of data between application systems in the field of health and support the processes of health management at the regional level.

• Provides the attending doctor with the information necessary for the patient to exercise the right to choose a medical organization, taking into account the waiting periods for medical care in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
• Informs the referral doctor about the available targeted medical organizations according to the selected medical care profile.
• Calculates the estimated waiting time based on the number of destinations in the target organization and the turnover of the bed fund.
• Electronically transmits these referrals to the target medical organization. It is not necessary to re-enter patient data when accessing the target MO.
• Provides feedback to the physician issuing the referral, notifying the referral status and the resulting documents.
• It generates analytical reports and statistics that can be used to plan resources, manage patient flows and monitor the implementation of the Territorial Program of State Guarantees for the Free Provision of Medical Care to Citizens in accordance with Order No. 263 of the FFOMS of December 20, 2013.
• Forms a regional queue of all directions issued in the region.
