"The Altai regional department of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation" implemented a management system for queue

On September 27, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in Social insurance funds of the Russian Federation in a row of the cities across Altai Krai.

Systems were installed in Social insurance fund of the city of Barnaul on 10 jobs, in funds of Novoaltaysk and Biysk the electronic queue on 4 jobs was also implemented.

When installing systems existence of following features was the compulsory provision:

• creation of statistic reports in the form of tables, diagrams, charts with information output on printing;
• monitoring of a flow of clients in real time from a workplace of the head;
• automatic reset of queue at the scheduled time;
• possibility of redirection of the client;
• possibility of a call of any client.
