Efes Rus began to check partners using "ERP Fokus"

On September 27, 2017 the SKB Kontur company announced implementation of the module Focus.ERP in Efes Rus brewery.

Before implementation of the Focus.ERP of Partners complex studied manually, on everyone involving up to 49 open sources of information. On check of one partner several days could leave. At the same time process took place in each department in own way.

Implementation Focus.ERP based on SAP allowed to improve process. In Efes Rus the uniform scheme of check which relies on the analysis techniques of financial statements and reliability of partners developed in the company works now. To estimate one partner, the specialist has enough minute.

It allowed to reduce check time from several days to one minute.

"Earlier we studied partners selectively. Implementation of the module Focus.ERP allowed to deliver check of all partners — and these are about 1500 companies a month — on a flow. At the same time we not only reduced time for check of each separate company, but in passing solved also even more important problem — began to keep track automatically of reliability of partners during the entire period of their cooperation with us.
