PromSystem: A complex for control of level of filling of tanks and silos with raw materials or a ready-made product

On September 29, 2017 the PromSystem group (Promsystem) announced partnership with UWT company and development of the hardware and software system and the application software (AS) intended for measurement and monitoring of level of filling of tanks and silos loose (grain, compound feed, sunflower seeds, sugar, cement) and liquid products.

As you know, regular dimensions and control of level of filling of tanks and silos with raw materials or ready-made product ― important control modern production process and planning of stocks.

PromSystem (Promsystem) creates a universal and economic product which can be applied practically at any enterprise thanks to a possibility of use of different sensors of measurement of level and weight. Algorithms of the managing program can show filling level on several automated workplaces (constructed on the PC), deleted from each other on wired and wireless networks that allows to create multi-layer system of control from different services of the enterprise.

In general the company defines the following tasks for development:

• Universality and opportunity to adapt a system for needs of any enterprise.
• Universality in terms of work with different types of raw materials to a broad spectrum of sensors.
• The profitability of the solution ― the software product does not need to be created from scratch that should reduce both cost value of projects and final free market price. Application of standard cabinets for the majority of projects will allow to save on development of the project documentation.
• Use of ample opportunities of the different digital industrial networks (DIN): Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, EtherCAT, etc.
