On October 2, 2017 the industrial holding "Rotek" announced the conclusion with the T Plus energy company of the contract in the field of predictive analytics.
Project Tasks
According to terms of the contract, the system of prognostics developed in Rotek Prana will provide reliability of 16 power units working at 10 stations of the company. Rotek will connect to own situational center 16 of gas and 8 steam turbines, 16 boilers utilizers and 18 booster compressors of the generation company.
Project Progress
Modern steam-gas blocks provide cost-efficient development, and we aim to minimize risks of technology violations in their work. When developing the standard of diagnostics of the equipment of T Plus expanded a circuit of its application from the gas turbine on all complex of the steam-gas block. Together with producers of the power equipment we prepared technical specifications on the software product covering all park of new power units. During competitive struggle the right to its implementation was acquired by Rotek having competences in industrial digitalization — the Chairman of the board of the T Plus Group Denis Pasler commented. |
Prana is implemented for the purpose of accident prevention and reduction of repair costs. System implementation is aimed at decrease in terms of equipment downtime and also allows the customer to estimate quality of work of operational personnel and to find construction defects of the equipment beforehand. Complex implementation Prana promotes use of objective criteria of technical condition of the complex industrial systems and will give to management the chance to manage in fact reliability of the equipment, noted in Rotek company.
Project Results
As of October 2, 2017, the system of prognostics Prana works on the gas turbine equipment of the Perm CHPP-9, the Izhevsk CHPP-1, the Vladimir CHPP-2 and the Kirov CHPP-3 of the T Plus group.
