On October 2, 2017 the SDI Solution company and the innovation center "Barrikady" announced project completion on creation of the portal version of the electronic directory of the domestic metalworking equipment made by members of the Russian association "Stankoinstrument" on a cloud platform of Semantic MDM in the environment of the protected virtualization of "Gorizont-VS".
Solutions at the heart of the directory
The Semantic MDM web portal is developed by SDI Solution company in three-unit architecture using cross-platform servers WildFly open source applications and DBMS PostgreSQL. The feature of the solution consists in object-oriented model of master data which allows to unify at first all terminology of data domain, and then on the basis of the uniform glossary to create different subjects to classification with any set of characteristics — directories of industrial output of any complexity are so modelled. Subjects of separate reference books in Semantic MDM integrate communications of different types thanks to which the user can move from one object to another on the semantic network of master data.
In turn, the hardware and software system "Gorizont-VS" developed by the innovation center "Barrikady" represents the platform for creation of the entrusted failsafe cloud infrastructures of any scale. The complex provides full control over virtual infrastructure from a hypervisor layer — in it are concentrated the monitor and data protection. "Gorizont-VS" allows to display a number of functions on security of information and administration out of limits of virtual infrastructure and to guarantee its correct functioning even in the presence in it vulnerabilities. Means of the platform provide protection against the internal violator and the opportunity of full control from services cybersecurity of the consumer over the functioning services using means of hardware protection is given.
Project Results
The electronic directory groups the equipment models produced in Russia in function, suppliers and the qualifier of products of OKPD2. It allows to visualize the text and graphic information, to browse characteristics and passport data of the equipment, including the specifications and technical documentation, to make quick, faceted, semantic and multicriteria search on the unified product characteristics and also contains contact information of manufacturing plants.
The directory of the equipment stores the detailed information on characteristics of machines demanded directly under production conditions at design of technology processes. The software package Semantic MDM has the specialized interface adapted to work with engineering data and is integrated with the systems of class CAD.[1]
