The neuromodule "Knowledge base" — the universal assistant to operators and clients. It will transform articles, instructions, price lists and even notes about the company to ready answers or hints. On October 3, 2017 the LiveTex company announced release of the self-training neuromodule "Knowledge base". Development is intended to lower costs of sales departments and services of customer service to 60%.

The neuronet which works with Big Data and allows to process and provide the required data in real time is the cornerstone of the module.

According to LiveTex, development will be useful to optimization of work of contact centers. The module is by default built-in in attendant workstation and contains all knowledge base of the company. It at any time will issue the hint to the operator and will select exact answer option, and will range other information by date and relevance of a request. Thus, the module can give to operators answers to 80% of standard questions of clients. With Knowledge base of LiveTex the staff of client support services studies 3 times quicker, beginners join workflow more quickly and can use already relevant base of answers, claim in the company.

Development of the neuromodule LiveTex was conducted for domestic business taking into account semantics of Russian, understanding of forms and turnovers of the Russian speech.
