On October 3, 2017 the company CardPay announced customer service process automation, providing the high speed and stable service quality on processing of online payments and providing payment services with the help BPM systems ELMA.

Project Results

Business Process Management Suite of ELMA allowed to create unified information environment for work of sales managers and to customer service. The solution is integrated with the website of the company and the mail server that acceptance helps to keep, account and processing of the entering addresses. In ELMA two funnels of sales for sales-and account-managers of CardPay within whom the business processes corresponding to stages of work with clients of the company are automatically performed are configured.

CardPay (2017)

To optimize work on connection of payment services, ELMA BPM is integrated with the JIRA system which is used in CardPay for the organization and control of a project work. Managers can set tasks to profile specialists in JIRA, working in the ELMA interface. For this purpose it is not necessary to switch between several IT systems of the company. ELMA automatically keeps track of the statuses of work on tasks and sends notifications to managers about changes and comments of employees.

Thanks to technologies of process management, the CardPay company increased the processing speed of the entering addresses and provision of services of online processing. A BPM system provides quick access to data on clients, transactions and history of a project work and also convenience of internal communication between specialists of different divisions.
