On September 24, 2018 the company Terrasoft reported that IDS Borjomi Russia it optimized sales processes and trade marketing with the help CRM- solutions bpm’online. The project executed IT- integrator Sales’Up, the partner Terrasoft.
As it was reported, after start of cooperation of IDS Borjomi Russia and Sales'Up first of all processes of trade marketing of the company using the solution bpm'online sales of development Terrasoft were automated. Systematization of maintaining marketing activities, control of use and efficiency of the marketing budget were the main objectives which the client set for the CRM system.
In a project deliverable the IDS Borjomi Russia company received individually configured tool for joint work of divisions of marketing and sales which allows:
- Create the transparent plan on a trade - to marketing activities.
- Automate planning and management of KPI. The next section of a system allows to manage flexibly as quantitative (for example, percent of accomplishment of the sales plan), and qualitative (for example, accomplishment of the current tasks of building of the customer base, installation of units of refrigerating appliances) indicators.
- Is centralized to manage a trade - the marketing budget and price activities. Processes of approval of projects and stocks and also expenditure managements on promo-initiatives give the chance to managers quickly to control the course of accomplishment of the plan.
- Create reports. Formation of the key reporting under different criteria is configured, and convenient graphical representation of data in the online mode allows the management to make quickly decisions on the basis of the current situation.
- Automatically on the basis of the put algorithms and reference values to plan, to manage and charge awards to employees and also to collect from them a feedback. It allows to lower labor costs on regular accomplishment of the specified tasks, to make process transparent for all participants and to help to analyze effectively an internal system of KPI in the company. Success of use of the bpm'online platform caused further cooperation of IDS Borjomi Russia with Sales'Up company. The project on planning of sales increase and other financial performance will become the following round of development of the CRM solution for the client on the bpm'online platform. The accounting system a trade - marketing activities will give the chance to calculate key indicators (ROI, profit, marginality and others) by the different periods, territorial units or commodity groups for creation of the full sales plan.
