The chat-bot for work with corporate portals allows to learn about new records and to look for information on a corporate portal directly from the messenger.

Features

A set of notifications which will come to the employee can change depending on requirements of the company. The standard functionality of the portal chat-bot sends all information which appears in a news feed on the portal and also in the section of tasks which concern the specific employee. It can be messages about events, tasks, news, comments, private messages to which the user can directly respond from a messenger window.

In addition virtual assistant allows to see existence of free meeting rooms in offices of the company. The functionality connected with setting to the employee of tasks is worked separately out — each message on this subject in Telegram or Viber is marked with the certain tag corresponding to this or that task. Having clicked the tag, it is possible to see easily all notifications which were ever connected with a task.

Support of messengers

As of October, 2017, the chat-bot supports work in messengers Telegram and Viber, for the corporate portals constructed on platforms "1C-Bitriks24" and Microsoft SharePoint.

2017: Release

On October 6, 2017 the Corus Consulting group announced development of the chat-bot for Telegram and Viber which allows to learn about new records and to look for information on a corporate portal directly from the messenger.

Development is intended to help employees quicker and more simply to look for necessary information, to receive notifications on news and events of the company. The chat-bot provides the fast channel of obtaining information which broadcasts any changes interesting to the specific user, from a corporate portal in usual to it the messenger.

The corporate portal is one of instruments of interaction of the employee with the company. But not always all information from portals can be conveyed to users quickly. It can be interfered by unwillingness of employees to install additional applications on the personal smartphone, standards of security which are not allowing to work with the portal out of perimeter of the organization, and other factors. Integration of the portal into the communication channel, usual for users — the messenger — allows to remove these difficulties, to increase efficiency of informing employees and their involvement in life of the company — Alexander Nevinchany, the deputy CEO of Corus Consulting Group said.
