Stages of development of the 1C Enterprise platform

The application solution is created by a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, covering the main business processes. At the same time access to the stored data and also possibilities of these or those actions depending on the status of workers is accurately differentiated.

At the enterprises of holding structure the general information base can cover all organizations entering into holding. It significantly reduces labor input of accounting due to reuse of the general arrays of information by the different organizations. At the same time on all organizations accounting is conducted end-to-end managerial and regulated (accounting and tax), but the regulated reporting is prepared separately on the organizations.

The fact of commission of economic transaction is registered once and receives reflection in managerial and regulated accounting. Need of repeated information input is excluded. Means of registration of economic transaction is the document, and for acceleration of work mechanisms of substitution of data "by default", input of new documents on the basis of earlier entered are widely used.

In the application solution the following ratio of this different accounting is accepted:

• data independence managerial, accounting and tax accounting;
• comparability of data managerial, accounting and tax accounting;
• coincidence of amount-based and quantitative estimates of assets and liabilities according to managerial,

The data entered by users quickly are controlled by the application solution. So, at registration of payment of cash a system will check funds availability taking into account the available requests for their expenditure. And at registration of shipment of products a system will check a status of settlement with the consignee.

The application solution is delivered with a set of interfaces that provides to each user pervoocheredny access to data and mechanisms of the application solution necessary to it.

Regulated (accounting and tax) account on the organizations is kept in national currency, in volume time as for management accounting on the enterprise in general can be selected any currency. In the different organizations of uniform information base the different systems of taxation can be used: in some organizations — the general system of taxation, in others — simplified; different installations of policy tax and accounting can be used. Besides, the system of taxation in the form of the unified imputed income tax can be applied to separate types of activity of the organization.

In addition to the managerial and regulated accounting it is possible to keep account according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). For the purpose of decrease in labor input account according to IFRS is kept not quickly, using broadcast (recalculation) of these other types of accounting.

All mechanisms of automation of the application solution can be separated into two big classes conditionally:

• mechanisms for maintenance of operating activities of the enterprise;
• mechanisms for conducting not operational accounting.

The sections belonging to operating activities can be selected in each type of accounting (except for accounting according to IFRS).

Besides, the application solution is separated into the separate subsystems responsible for the solution of groups of similar tasks: management subsystem in cash, management subsystem personnel, accounting subsystem, etc. Similar separation represents some convention which facilitates mastering of the application solution. In the current work of users of border between subsystems are practically not felt.

The functionality of exchange of payment documents with bank directly from the 1C:Enterprise 8 system is a part of the Library of electronic documents extended by 1C company on resources of the information and technology maintenance (ITM) and can be easily included by partners of 1C in the configurations.

2014: Exchange of payment documents with bank from 1C:Enterprise 8

Exchange of payment documents with bank from 1C:Enterprise 8 - technology of transfer to bank of payment documents and obtaining statements directly from the 1C: Enterprise software interface - 1C developers and BeFit company.

On April 15, 2014 it became known of emergence in December, 2013 in composition of 1C of technology "Exchange of payment documents with bank from 1C:Enterprise 8.

For transfer of payment documents data exchange with the module "Client of Bank" installed in a workplace of the accountant is provided in bank on the system of remote banking in accounting programs of the 1C: Enterprise system.

To make process of management of the bank account more convenient and safe, in December, 2013 in the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" the possibility of direct exchange with bank, directly from the program is implemented.

1C: Accounting 8 became the first standard configuration as a part of which there is a functionality of direct exchange with bank. The first bank which supported direct exchange - JSC Alfa-Bank.

The payment documents prepared in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system are routed in bank live, without unloading of payment documents in the file and the subsequent loading of these data in the module "Client of Bank". Statements from bank also get to 1C:Enterprise 8 directly from bank.

Two methods of signing of payment documents are implemented: in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system and in the bank.

In the first case the accountant works only in the interfaces "1C:Enterprise 8": prepares payment documents, signs them with the certificate received in bank and sends them to bank on encrypted links.

In the second case the accountant prepares payment documents in 1C:Enterprise 8 and sends them to a resource of bank on encrypted links not signed with the electronic signature. For their signing the head comes into time, convenient for it, on a resource of bank (it can be done from the computer, the tablet PC, the mobile phone …) and signs payment documents with regular software tools of bank.

Both methods of interaction assume obtaining statements from bank directly in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system – by the Request the Statement button.

To start work it is necessary to address to bank and to receive the supplement to agreement about remote banking or to sign such agreement if earlier the client did not work with bank on a system "Bank Client".

In the 1C:Enterprise 8 system to make simple settings and to execute a test communication session. Further it is possible to manage the account without using the module "Client of Bank" installed at the enterprise any more if such module was installed. It is also possible to combine interaction via the module "Client of Bank" and direct transmission, for example, during a shakedown period or just owing to preferences.

2013: Integration of the IP telephony

On November 20, 2013 the Dzhidisi Servisez company provided the module Oktell Connect - integration of functionality of telephony of Oktell into 1C: Enterprise 8.0

Innovation is available to corporate clients since November 20, 2013. After installation of the application, in 1C the control interface of telephony appears.
