1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is a comprehensive application solution covering the main control and accounting loops at the manufacturing enterprise. The solution allows you to organize a comprehensive information system that meets corporate, Russian and international standards and ensures the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is the company's flagship application solution 1C"" with the widest range of functionality.

Stages of development of 1C Enterprise platform

The application solution creates a single information space for displaying the financial and business activities of the enterprise, covering the main business processes. At the same time, access to stored information, as well as the possibility of certain actions depending on the status of employees, are clearly distinguished.

At the enterprises of the holding structure, the general information base can cover all organizations included in the holding. This significantly reduces the complexity of accounting by reusing common arrays of information by different organizations. At the same time, end-to-end management and regulated (accounting and tax) accounting is maintained for all organizations, but regulated reporting is formed separately by organizations.

The fact of the economic transaction is recorded once and is reflected in the management and regulated accounting. The need to re-enter information is excluded. The means of registering a business transaction is a document, and to speed up the work, the mechanisms for substituting data "by default," entering new documents based on previously entered, are widely used.

In the application solution, the following relationship of data of different accounts is accepted:

  • independence of management, accounting and tax records;
  • comparability of management, accounting and tax records;
  • coincidence of sum and quantity estimates of assets and liabilities according to management data,
  • accounting and tax accounting, in the absence of objective reasons for their discrepancy.

Data entered by users is promptly controlled by the application solution. So, when registering the payment of cash, the system will check the availability of funds, taking into account the available applications for their spending. And when registering the shipment of products, the system will check the status of settlements with the recipient of the cargo.

The application solution comes with a set of interfaces, which provides each user with priority access to the data and mechanisms of the application solution they need.

Regulated (accounting and tax) accounting for organizations is kept in the national currency, while any currency can be selected for management accounting for the enterprise as a whole. Different organizations of a single information base can use different taxation systems: in some organizations - a common taxation system, in others - simplified; Different tax and accounting policy settings can be used. In addition, a taxation system in the form of a single tax on imputed income can be applied to certain types of activities of the organization.

In addition to management and regulated accounting, accounting can be maintained according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In order to reduce labor intensity, accounting under IFRS is carried out inoperatively, using the translation (recalculation) of data of other accounting types.

The development of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management of 8 solution took into account both the modern international methods of enterprise management (MRP II, CRM, SCM, ERP, ERP II, etc.) and the experience of successful automation of production enterprises accumulated by 1C and the partner community.

Solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is developed on the modern technological platform "1C:Enterprise 8." The package of the software product, in addition to the platform, includes the configuration "Production Enterprise Management."

High reliability and performance of the application solution, scalability, construction of geographically distributed systems, integration with other information systems are provided. The internal device of the application solution is completely open for study and customization for specific requirements of the enterprise.

1C is finalizing and developing the "Production Enterprise Management" configuration in order to reflect changes in legislation and expand functionality. Operational update of installed application solutions is provided. 1C and its partners provide a multi-level technical support system.

1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is 1C's flagship application solution with the widest range of functionality. The general concept of the solution is explained by the diagram.

All application automation mechanisms can be roughly divided into two large classes:

  • mechanisms for maintaining the operational activities of the enterprise;
  • mechanisms for non-operational accounting.

Areas belonging to operating activities can be allocated in each type of accounting (with the exception of accounting under IFRS).

In addition, the application solution is divided into separate subsystems responsible for solving groups of similar tasks: the cash management subsystem, the personnel management subsystem, the accounting subsystem, etc. Such a separation represents some convention that facilitates mastering of the application solution. In the current work of users, the boundaries between subsystems are practically not felt.

"1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" can be used in a number of departments and services of production enterprises, including:

  • management (General Director, CFO, Commercial Director, Production Director, Chief Engineer, HR Director, IT Director, Development Director);
  • Planning and Economics Department;
  • production workshops;
  • production and dispatch department;
  • Chief Designer Department;
  • Department of the Chief Technologist;

  • accounting department;
  • Human resources department;
  • Department of Labor Organization and Employment;
  • IT service;
  • administrative department;
  • capital construction department;

2014: Exchange of payment documents with the bank from 1C:Enterprise 8

Exchange of payment documents with the bank from 1C:Enterprise 8 is a technology for transferring payment documents to the bank and receiving statements directly from the 1C: Enterprise software interface - 1C developers and Bifit company.

On April 15, 2014, it became known that in December 2013, as part of the 1C technology system, "Exchange of payment documents with the bank from 1C:Enterprise 8."

To transfer payment documents to the bank via the remote banking system, the accounting programs of the 1C: Enterprise system provide for data exchange with the Bank Client module installed at the accountant's workplace.

To make the bank account management process more convenient and secure, in December 2013, the 1C:Enterprise 8 program system implemented the possibility of direct exchange with the bank directly from the program.

The first typical configuration, which includes the functionality of direct exchange with the bank, was "1C: Accounting 8." The first bank that supported the direct exchange is Alfa-Bank OJSC.

Payment documents prepared in 1C:Enterprise 8 system are transferred to the bank directly, without uploading payment documents into a file and then uploading this data to the Bank Client module. Bank statements also fall into "1C:Enterprise 8" directly from the bank.

Two methods of signing payment documents have been implemented: in the 1C:Enterprise 8 system and in the bank itself.

In the first case, the accountant works only in the interfaces "1C:Enterprise 8": prepares payment documents, signs them with a certificate received at the bank, and sends them to the bank via encrypted channels.

In the second case, the accountant prepares payment documents in "1C:Enterprise 8" and sends them to the bank's resource through encrypted channels not signed by an electronic signature. To sign them, the manager, at a convenient time for him, enters the bank's resource (this can be done from a computer, tablet, mobile phone...) and signs payment documents using the bank's standard software.

Both methods of interaction involve receiving statements from the bank directly into " system - by clicking on the "Request statement" button.

To start work, you need to contact the bank and receive an addendum to the agreement on remote banking service or conclude such an agreement if the client has not previously worked with the bank through the Bank-Client system.

In 1C:Enterprise 8 system, make simple settings and perform a test communication session. Then you can manage the account without using the Bank Customer module installed in the enterprise, if such a module has been installed. You can also combine interaction through the "Bank Client" module and direct transmission, for example, during the development period or simply due to preferences.

2013: IP Telephony Integration
