2019: Renaming of IC "Revenue" in JSC "Asset"

On November 15, 2019, the general meeting of shareholders of IC INCOME decided to rename the company into the Joint Stock Company Asset.

Renaming is due, on the one hand, to the requirements of the market infrastructure, on the other, to strategic plans for the development of certain areas of activity.

Since 2007, the investment and management company REVENUE worked under the same brand and was positioned as elements of a group of companies. Over time, market conditions began to make adjustments to working conditions.

A plan to separate the activities of companies was formed over the past year and took shape in a decision to rename the Investment Company INCOME. Each of the companies will now develop using new market opportunities that would be difficult to realize, being part of one brand, "Asset JSC said in a statement.
