The State Corporation Rostec provided on October 10, 2017 army hours for fighting equipment of Ratnik equipment. Hours have the increased shock resistance weighing no more than 100 grams, are not subject to electromagnetic influence, are capable to maintain influence of means of REB and even an effect of nuclear explosion.

Hours are developed by specialists of TsNIITochMash (enters into Rostec) and are an element of fighting equipment of the military personnel of Ground forces, airborne forces, coastal troops of the VTR, special purpose divisions and are intended for continuous determination of time.

Hours are equipped with the mechanical mechanism with the autosubplant, provide fast and exact determination of temporary parameters in difficult climatic (from "minus" 40 °C to "plus" 50 °C) and operational conditions, at accomplishment of actions of daily and fighting activity.

Hours which we turned on in Ratnik equipment save the characteristics at influence of solar radiation and electromagnetic impulses, for example, at nuclear explosion. If the serviceman appears as a result of electromagnetic blow of an atomic bomb, hours will continue to run smoothly — the chief designer on the life support system of fighting equipment of the military personnel of TsNIITochMash Oleg Faustov said.

Indications of hours are read out by the military personnel without difficulties in the conditions of any illumination and even at its total absence. Hours are reliably fixed on a hand of the serviceman and do not interfere with accomplishment of different acceptances and actions by him.

Hours have a modification an amphibian in which the military personnel can swim in water. Total weight of hours on a bracelet does not exceed 100 grams. Service life of hours makes not less than 10 years.
