The intelligent system of monitoring and vibration diagnostics for nuclear power stations allows to reveal precritical conditions and with a high accuracy to predict a residual resource of important nodes of the equipment of the NPP.
2017: Announcement
On October 13, 2017 "The Russian space systems" (RKS, enters Roskosmos State corporation) announced development of an intelligent system of monitoring and vibration diagnostics for the nuclear power stations (NPS) which is intended to increase security and efficiency of their work. Development is completely constructed on the Russian component parts of the next generation.
It is expected that its use will allow to satisfy the current and perspective demands of nuclear power plants in the complete solution of problems of diagnostic and information support of activity and also will reduce indicators of production costs and risks.
At the heart of a system – network of miniature broadband ICP accelerometers ALS 007-00 from which data are collected and processed by means of the special software allowing to analyze a status of nodes and units of the station and in the automated mode to issue recommendations to personnel on their maintenance.
Our specialists developed an import-substituting 10-channel intelligent system of vibration diagnostics of S-105 on the basis of miniature broadband accelerometers and sensors of acoustic pressure. We actively work to overcome monopoly of the American and European companies in the market of piezoelectric accelerometers and to increase competitiveness of the Russian products in which these devices are used. The new accelerometers created by our scientists exceed the majority of foreign analogs on metrological, mass-dimensional and power characteristics. At the same time they are cheaper, and on reliability of work in extreme conditions are an optimal offer in the market — the CEO of JSC Research Institute of Physical Measurements (NIIFI, is included into RKS) Andrey Nikolaev said. |
