M-Distribution optimized printing of shipment documents

On October 17, 2017 the Superveyv group announced installation in M-Distribution LLC of the equipment Xerox and a control system of printing of YSoft SafeQ.

Prerequisites

Earlier M-Distribution used several devices of poor performance for printing. They often broke because of a high load therefore the company regularly bought printing devices to the place of failing. Sometimes malfunctions did not allow to prepare documents in time, and the company had to pay penalties for untimely shipment which made up to 30% of cost of all batch.

Xerox D110 (2017)

Project Progress

The Superveyv company picked up the optimal park of the polygraphic equipment for the solution of difficult tasks of the customer: monochrome the CFM  Xerox D95 and Xerox D110 with external controllers. Also 13 office MFPs and printers in a complex with YSoft SafeQ printing control system were delivered.

That the staff of M-Distribution could use all opportunities of the equipment, the Xerox company shot the 40-minute video with instructions for management of Xerox D95/D110 and together with "Superveyv" provided two trainings for operators.

The Superveyv company undertook not only installation and pro-active service maintenance of printing machines, but also delivery of supplies, spare parts and other accessories. Working on this model, partners of Xerox manage printing infrastructure of customers on the basis of methodology, service platforms and tools of Xerox.

Project Results

After project implementation equipment downtimes stopped, and the M-Distribution company ceased to sustain losses because of untimely shipment of products. At the same time the quality and a print speed significantly increased.

We had to store constantly in a warehouse up to five replaceable printing devices, and all the same it was not always possible to prepare a documentation package in time.
