In Zarubezhneft the room of geologists and developers is equipped

Within the project on complex equipping of the Room of geologists and developers there were tasks:

• Design and accomplishment of architectural works with complete equipment engineering the многофункционального помещения для проведения systems of conferences, meetings and negotiations of engineering group of geological investigation;
• Design of management systems for engineering infrastructure: VIDEOCONFERENCING, LAN, light scenarios, etc.;
• Development of a uniform engineering complex of management of media content:
  • input-output of an audio-and video information from mobile devices of users, and regular engineering devices;
  • image output on the videowall, including results of mathematical modeling from the computer centers located in the building (for example, oil and gas collectors).

Structure of the solution:

The centralized control system is constructed based on controllers of management AMX NX-120:

• The system of a video conferencing Codec Cisco SX80 with function of tracking the speaker and full-screen representation of the active speaker;
• The system of visualization — the videowall with a diagonal of 2х3 m of panels 55": gives the chance of an output of images with a resolution of 4K thanks to the latest special Phoenix Node controllers; allows to output several images in random order;
• A management system for light with an option of a complete elimination of penetration of natural lighting;
• Scenarios of lighting Lutron — 8 modes — from "relax" to "active negotiations";
• The built-in speaker system - a sound playback on all volume negotiation.

Complex of management of media content:

• A possibility of an output to the videowall online information from mobile devices, the VKS systems from a building LAN by means of wi-fi and a wire method, integration of the presentation AMX Enzo NMX-MM-1000 server. Support of an output of content with a resolution of 4K;
• The technology of management of group (IP-multicast) data transmission gives the chance of broadcasting on the videowall of results of mathematical modeling from the computer centers located in the building.

Interactive complex (board and the document camera) with a possibility of instant digitization of the image:

• Decorative map with display of representative offices of JSC Zarubezhneft;
• Supports functions of printing by means of the built-in printer.

Additional zones:

• The attendant workstation sufficient for placement of 2 monitors, control panels, the document camera under a format of documents A3;
• The recreation area of participants of conferences including a coffee break zone.

Result:

• Are optimized maintenance costs, service and the subsequent upgrade due to modularity of creation of a system, use of multivendor compatible solutions;
• Design and installation and construction works of the multifunction premises (The room of geologists and developers) for holding of conferences, negotiations, meetings online and offline is executed;
• Management systems for engineering infrastructure – acoustics, light scenarios, VKS, etc. are developed and installed;
• The complex of management of media content for an output to the image videowall from the mobile and stationary engineering devices which are in the Room and/or in any point of the building is set.
