Saratovstroysteklo implemented the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment

On October 18, 2017 the Aytiem company announced implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment in JSC Saratovstroysteklo. A system is created on the basis of the software of TRIM-PMS.

JSC Saratovstroysteklo had a need for the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment. For creation of this system the enterprise purchased the license to use of the software TRIM-PMS on 14 users.

Project Progress

The enterprise will perform the main part of works on implementation of ISU of a MRO independently. However, to give fast start to work of users in a system, the Aytiem company was attracted.

For technical service of the customer the seminar on the system of precautionary service implemented in TRIM-PMS was held. The software of TRIM-PMS is unrolled in workplaces of users, balancing and commissioning is performed. Input user training to the main transactions in a system in volume of standard regulations of use of TRIM-PMS – creation of the database on the equipment, filling of reference books and directories of spare parts, formation of the scheduled plan of works, the order of spare parts, input of reports on works, etc. is provided. Users brought in a system a test data set on the equipment, and on this example passed on a chain of business processes of standard regulations of ISU of a MRO.

Project Results

As a result functionality of TRIM-PMS became available to users of JSC Saratovstroysteklo. It is operational accounting of the equipment, formation of repair documents, plan-fact work progress analysis, the cost accounting on a MRO, identification of the equipment requiring replacements, volume scheduling of works, accounting of a remaining balance in warehouses at the order of spare parts and many others.

Specialists Aytiem also were expansion of the MRO ISU functions out of limits of the standard solution TRIM-PMS is executed. In particular, function of work with several warehouses became available to users. Setup of the system interface for an additional user group is carried out.
