Baltic International Bank (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

In bank EDMS based on Docsvision is implemented. As a result of implementation of EDMS a common information space on work with documents was created - at the first stage of the project work with the entering and outgoing correspondence, and also with agreements was automated, control of execution of documents is organized. Further at the second stage of the project automation of an approval of the entering accounts is implemented and the functionality of the electronic signature is integrated.
