Almatel brought into commercial operation service of monitoring of service quality of data transmission based on the wiSLA platform (well integrated SLA). Service is intended to corporate customers for whom the quality level of services of the operator is crucial – in particular, banks, holdings and government institutions, says the company.
Since 2016 the company provides to corporate clients SLA service according to which the operator guarantees availability of data services and bears the increased responsibility in case of an exit for the target measure values of quality of service set by the agreement. The wiSLA platform gives to the client the independent instrument of control of the service layer, rendered by the operator: on the subscriber canal the probe is installed, and it fixes all parameters of communication quality.
Client SLA control of such basic parameters of quality as coefficient of availability of service (SA), a one-sided delay (OD), coefficient of loss of packets (PLR), round-trip time (RTD) and variations of cross-network delay (Jitter) includes. The Russian company Wellink acted as the developer of a product.
