On the HK house arena of Metallurgist the system of video identification is installed

In the summer of 2017 CST Group implemented on the home arena of hockey club "Metallurg" (Magnitogorsk) the system of video identification of visitors "VIZIER.APEHA".

Principle of system operation of video identification

The video identification complex set on the ice arena automatically will recognize persons of fans and "does not let" on matches of people to which their visit by a court decision is forbidden. At pass on Metallurgist fans put tickets to the reader on a tourniquet. In the same time a biometric system verifies their persons with photos of "black list". The people noticed in hooliganism or other offenses for which pass on games is prohibited them are entered to it. If Vizier detects the person from the list, the tourniquet is automatically blocked, and the security service of Metallurgist receives the notification.

Recognition of the person happens almost instantly. The recognition method based on neural networks works extremely quickly, without increasing time of pass of the person through a tourniquet. The biometrics works precisely, error probability low. A system neither glasses, nor a scarf and a headdress will confuse, it is not obligatory to look directly in the camera also: the small turn of the head will not prevent Vizier to recognize the person.

Now without paper ticket

Together with installation of an element of a security system on the arena upgraded all booking gating system. Cameras of a system of biometric identification are built in the new booking readers equipped with color displays.

Scanners read out not only barcodes from paper tickets and screens of smartphones, but also QR codes and proximity cards, Wallet Apple, etc. Now it is possible to gather for a game literally on the run, having booked the ticket via the smartphone.

Are ready to the World Cup

The interest of the Russian hockey clubs in the solutions "VIZIER.APEHA" grows. "Metallurgist" — the third ice arena and one of ten sporting venues equipped with a system from CST.

After installation of a biometric system the Metallurgist arena completely corresponds requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1092 of 11/17/2015 "About the approval of Requirements to separate infrastructure facilities of venues of official sports competitions and to hardware of stadiums for ensuring public order and public security". The order regulates technical security protections, including obliges big stadiums to equip control zones with the systems of video identification. Also a system corresponds to the rules stated in Government decree No. 1156 of 12/16/2013 (the so-called "law on fans").
