Toshiba a TLX series - a line of devices for conversion of electric signals in light, transfers and and the subsequent conversion of a signal in electric.
On October 19, 2017 the Toshiba Electronics Europe company provided the optocoupler TLX9310 with low power consumption in the body with five outputs of SO6 of 3.7 mm x 7.0 mm x 2.2 mm in size.
The device is intended for the organization of high-speed data exchange in the automobile systems, in particular, in management systems for rechargeable batteries.
Use of an infrared light emitting diode with high radiation intensity and the highly sensitive photodetector reduces energy consumption as in standby mode, and in an operation mode in the automobile systems. Supply current 0.3 mA.
TLX9310 provides protective isolation with the minimum length of a way of leak, a gap of 5 mm and (root mean square value) with a minimum voltage of isolation of 3.75 kV. The low delay of passing of a signal of 250 nanoseconds (max.) allows to use the device in the systems of high-speed data exchange.
The device works with the operating temperature range from-40 to +105 °C.
For October 19, 2017 deliveries of serial batches of devices are executed.
