On October 19, 2017 announced the MAKS-AVIA agency completion of implementation of the sensing technology of the certifying documents Smart IDReader developed by the Russian company Smart Engines. Solution integration allowed to automate input of personal data from the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation and international passports.
Project Progress
When choosing the solution on automation of input of personal data from documents by specialists of "MAKS-AVIA" studied possibilities of all main products presented at the Russian market. High quality and speed of recognition in comparison by manual entry of data were the main requirements to a system.
Now for execution of tickets and related documents at office it is rather simple to employees of "MAKS-AVIA" to scan the document. After that data from it will be recognized and brought in the corresponding fields of an information system of the agency. At this Smart IDReader is able to find the document on the image at any angle and independently defines its type.
In case of receipt of images of Russian Federation citizen passports and international passports from clients on the personal Internet the office, data will be recognized and become also automatically available to the staff of the agency to execution of transport documents. At this Smart IDReader steadily works not only with the scanned images, but also pictures of documents taken at different lighting.
