2002

On December 23, 2002 the Order on creation in structure of JSC KAMAZ of Department of leasing was issued.

Goal: creation of a product – "Leasing from the Producer", its promotion in all territory of Russia, implementation of 10% of all made trucks.

The number of staff of the company – 2 persons.

Property – one table and two pencils.

2003

The Ekspert rating Agency allocates to Department of leasing the 51st place in the rating of the largest leasing the company of Russia.

The cost of the signed agreements was 1.1 billion rubles. 778 units of automotive equipment (4% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ) are implemented.

2004

According to the rating of RA "Expert" the Department of leasing passes from 51 places to 15. It is that case when from change of the places composed the amount changes cardinally.

The leasing division of JSC KAMAZ takes the 3rd place in rating Komtrans in the Leasing of Commercial Automotive Equipment nomination.

The cost of the signed agreements was 3.4 billion rubles.

2084 units of automotive equipment (10% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ) are implemented.

2005

The department of leasing is transformed to JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company.

The new philosophy of the company – a complex product is created.

The first step is taken in creation of Group, working under the uniform KAMAZ-LEASING brand.

At the end of year in rating Komtrans of LX "KAMAZ" moved from the 3rd place to the 1st, and in the rating of RA "Expert" – from the 15th place on the 13th.

Rating the Finance magazine defined LX "KAMAZ" the 9th place in Russia.

It is implemented 2661 units of automotive equipment (12% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ).

The cost of the signed agreements exceeded psychologically important level of 10 billion rubles.

2006

Beginning of expansion to regions of Russia. The first branches of the company in the cities are open: Moscow, Kazan, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg, etc.

The tender "Financial Elite of Russia" awarded the company with the diploma "The most dynamic leasing company of year". In the rating of the leasing companies working at the market of freight vehicles, RA "Expert" allocates for LX "KAMAZ" the 1st place, and it becomes the leader of the industry.

To clients 3022 units of automotive equipment (10% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ) are shipped. The cost of the signed agreements increased up to 13 billion rubles.

2007

The fifth year of activity of the company is mentioned by the international award "The European quality". It occurred at the summit of Leaders of business, science and art to Oxford (Great Britain).

The number of the shipped equipment of 4327 units (12% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ). The number of the signed contracts increased till 1347.

The celebration of five-year anniversary of LX "KAMAZ" took place under the slogan "5 years on 5 with plus!".

In Moscow the subsidiary of KAMAZ-LIZING-Service LLC is created.

Based on 2008 RA "Expert" recognized KAMAZ-LEASING Group "The most reliable company" in Russia. The second year in a row this rating agency assigns to the company high score of quality of systems risk management of A.rm and high degree of reliability "And". It means the All-Russian recognition of the fact that in the long term KAMAZ-LIZING Group is capable to provide accomplishment of all financial liabilities: both current, and arising during activity.

It is taken in management and the Naberezhnye Chelny car center KAMAZ is included in KAMAZ-LEASING group. New methods and control algorithms car center formed the basis of the business reference model suitable for management of all dealer divisions of JSC KAMAZ.

2008

To clients it is shipped 4315 pieces of equipment, including: 3775 trucks, 96 buses NEFAZ and 444 trailers that made (13% of the general sales of JSC KAMAZ).

In the same 2008 KAMAZ-LIZING Group set an absolute record, having exceeded income gained in the same period of last year, more than by 3 times and became the most effective company from the structure of JSC KAMAZ.

It is counted that LK "KAMAZ provides employment to head corporation of more than 1.5 months in a year.

Year of the patronage help and charitable projects: at sponsored school 2 computer classes are equipped and the dining room is converted. Complete physical examination of teachers of school is conducted. The new equipment in the physiotherapeutic block of the KAMAZ sanatorium dispensary purchased. Within the charitable project "Careful Heart" financial support of the 50th sponsored is rendered to the company among which there are veterans of JSC KAMAZ, pensioners and disabled people.

2009

Year of optimization and thin setup of business processes.

The debts are restructured and finance costs are reduced. The new direction – sales to corporate clients gained development.

Became JSC LX KAMAZ the winner of the 4th International contest "The best risk management — 2009" in the "Creation of End-to-end Systems Risk Management in Credit and Financial Institutions" nomination.

JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company notes the activity seventh anniversary in the leasing market. More than 3 thousand agreements for the amount of 35 billion rubles are during this time signed, over 19,000 pieces of equipment, including current, crisis year – 1998 are shipped.

2010

"The company of year 2010" became JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company the winner of the National award in the field of business

The Strategy of development of financial service in JSC KAMAZ till 2020 is developed.

The updated product line is offered clients.

The company opened a credit line in Russian Bank for Development of 500 million rubles.

MAIN EVENTS OF 2009

JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company notes the activity seventh anniversary in the leasing market. More than 3 thousand agreements for the amount of 35 billion rubles are during this time signed, over 19,000 pieces of equipment, including current, crisis year – 1998 are shipped. The company is surely included into the first 20-ka of the largest leasing companies of Russia and into number of leaders in the market of leasing of trucks.

JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company according to the Russian association of the leasing companies borrowed: The 1st place in the market of leasing in a "road-building equipment" segment; The 3rd place in the market of leasing in a "machine-building equipment" segment; The 7th place in the market of leasing in a "vehicle leasing" segment (including passenger and/t); The 13th place in all Russian market of leasing on volumes of new business.

According to RAEX Rating agency of JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company occupied 3 place in Top-20 of the lessors working with medium business.

The RAEX rating agency confirmed the rating of financial stability of JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company at the level A (the high level of financial stability). Positively rating assessment was affected by steady positions of the company in the leasing market in 2008, the good level of the organization risk management, increase in a share of own means in structure of financing sources of activity. On rating high geographical diversification of activity, existence of the reporting under IFRS and the high level of transparency had also positive impact.

JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company became the winner of the 4th International contest "The best risk management — 2009" in the "Creation of End-to-end Systems Risk Management in Credit and Financial Institutions" nomination which results were summed up at the VII International professional conference "Risk Management in Russia and the CIS Crisis or New Opportunities". A competition was held by the Russian society of risk management (Rusrisk) with assistance of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) and also the Russian and foreign organizations and the companies. A problem of tender is identification and generalization of best practices of risk management for formation and development risk management in Russia and the CIS and also the organization of exchange of experience of successful risk management, including foreign experience.

The RAEX rating agency at the 8th All-Russian conference "Leasing in Russia — 2009" appropriated to JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company a rank of the best in the Information Transparency nomination.

MAIN EVENTS OF 2010

"The company of year 2010", organized by RosBusinessConsulting became JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company the winner of the National award in the field of business. The victory in the "For Financial Reliability and Stability in the Market of Leasing Services" nomination is won. Solemn rewarding took place on December 7, 2010 in the Columned hall of the House of the Unions.

The company noted the activity eighth anniversary in the leasing market the following indicators: more than 4 thousand agreements for the amount of 39.2 billion rubles are during this time signed, 21.7 thousand units of automotive equipment are shipped.

According to the Russian association of the leasing companies at the end of 2010 JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company took the 9th place in the Russian market of leasing on volumes of new business.

JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company once again confirmed reputation of the borrower with positive credit history. On November 19, 2010 the currency loan obtained by JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company in Commerzbank (Eurasia) Ltd in 2008 is completely repaid. The raised borrowing facilities allowed to invest via the mechanism of leasing in the industries of the real sector of economy 50 million dollars.

Within the Program of a financial support of a small and medium entrepreneurship between JSC KAMAZ Leasing Company and Russian Bank for Development the loan agreement according to which the credit line in the amount of about 500 million rubles is provided to JSC ROSBR within the credit product "Avtoleasing" was signed.

The Development strategy of financial service JSC KAMAZ for 2011-2020 is developed.

The company becomes the partner of Subcommittee of CCI of the Russian Federation in leasing and NP Leasing Union.
