On October 18, 2017 the Sumatra-LTD (Cosmo) LLC company announced implementation of a packet for automation of programs of loyalty from Consimple company. It allowed to solve a number of problems which complicated work and became the transition reason.
Project Results
- After determination of target audience of consumers and approval of mechanics of an action, the marketing specialist can independently, using only standard user tools of the program, to create and start it in a system, having set all necessary parameters.
- The convenient and simple functionality on setup of mechanics without involvement of third-party specialists, promoted reduction of time for start of personal shares till several o'clock.
- Viber was added to a panel of communication tools. All mailings are created in the system, the budget on each canal is established in the same place, and there is a possibility of obtaining results – the number of opening, readings and transitions.
- A system allows to analyze easily results both the loyalty program in general, and separate promotional offers. Reports form by the set parameters – a period of time, specific goods or a trademark, purchase on mailing.
Project Results
- At the moment in a system there is a service of several million active participants of the Loyalty program.
- At the same time in a system works with several hundred rules of the Loyalty program.
- Processing works at all checkout for more than 100 outlets.
- The average bill of the participant of the loyalty program is on average 31% higher, than at other buyers.
