Ivanovo region duma (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

In a project deliverable the Duma received the functional solution standardizing activity more than 100 employees, allowing to increase the speed of acceptance of management decisions and to increase the level of performing discipline.

Successful work in the Docsvision system of the Government of the Ivanovo region became premises for implementation. The choice for benefit of a system was caused by an optimal ratio of its cost and broad functionality and also implementation cost and the practical interface of the solution proposed by GK SERVIS TV. The role was played also by the fast scheme of system deployment in a complex with the step-by-step approach of integrator to further development of its functionality.

Key functions and processes of office-work and document flow of the Ivanovo region duma are as a result automated: work with "office", imposing of resolutions, direction of documents on addressees, issue and execution of instructions and approval of the normative legal documentation. In a system more than 600 documents a month and more than 7200 documents a year are registered.

Within the solution roles of users for differentiation of access rights to documents and other objects of a system were configured: "Registrar", Head and Contractor, main types of documents and a possibility of their registration, search in a system. The possibility of creation of business processes "For the conclusion", Control, "For the organization of execution" and control of performing discipline is implemented. The customizability of a system without programming will provide possibilities of completion of a system with forces of the available regular IT specialists in need of expansion of functionality of a system.
