In 2015 in Administration implementation of electronic document management was implemented. All project works which were executed by City 2 company integrator took 3 months. Based on the version of the Docsvision 5.4 platform the solution for automation of work of employees in processing of the entering, outgoing and internal documents was deployed. Today through EDMS there pass about 300 documents a month.
A system provided online access to uniform storage of documents with a search capability, and the management of Administration using Docsvision received convenient control of execution of tasks according to documents. Especially for convenience of users and acceleration of process of work the interface of cards of a task in a system was simplified.
Today a system is actively used by about 100 employees of organization. Transition to electronic document management not only allows to save time, but also does work with documents of more effective.
Expansion of functionality of EDMS, use of an e-mail client and integration with the accounting system of 1C is planned.
