Uraltekhis: System of positioning of miners and transport (SPGT-41)

The system of positioning of miners and transport (SPGT-41) provides a possibility of observation of provision of personnel and intra mine transport, being in underground developments, and providing information on their location mine and to rescue services according to requirements of the item of 41 PB 05-618-03 and the item of 17 PB 03-553-03.

Appointment

A system is intended for application in underground developments of mines and mines, including dangerous on gas, dust and sudden emissions according to "Safety rules for coal mines" of PB 05-618-03, "Uniform safety rules when developing ore, nonmetallic and loose fields of minerals by an underground method" to PB 03-553-03.

A system can be used as the alternative channel of the abnormal notification applied together with the SUBR-1P complex.

A system can be integrated with systems like Mikon, other automated systems of supervisory control (ASSC) and time keeping systems.

Main program technical means

• radio units (RB), the separate tag of a system of positioning (TSP) are the low-power transceivers which are built in the mine head lamps of miners installed on vehicles
• the server — the computer in industrial execution connected to a local network of the enterprise exercises control of contact with readers, processing of information obtained from them and formation of the database about the current location and movement of personnel and transport
• the converters of interfaces (CI) are the common industrial devices providing connection of local and/or remote readers to the server via different communication systems
• the router — the programmable switch of an Ethernet network 10/100TX, is intended for the organization of a data transmission system between the technical means of a system located on a surface and also their safe connection to a local network of the enterprise
• the intrinsic safety barriers (ISB) are the repeaters barriers of intrinsic safety of PBI providing galvanic separation and intrinsic safety of data transmission lines between the converters of interfaces and devices which are in underground developments
• The automated workplace of the Manager — the computer in office execution connected to a local network of a system which software provides from the server of data on location of personnel and transport, their visualization and search on plans of excavations
• The automated workplace of the Lamp-lighter — a complex of technical means and the software, is intended for check of operability of radio units at issue to the worker, registration of time of issue and delivery of lamps, information displays about the issued lamps and granting a system to its central server
• The automated workplace of the Timekeeper — the computer in office execution connected to a local network of a system which software provides input in the system of data on the staff of the enterprise, providing the sheet of accounting of use of working time and setup of parameters of maintaining time keeping with a system
• The automated workplace of the Engineer of instrumentation and automated control systems — a complex of technical means and the software, is intended for check and programming of the personal radio units (RU) which are built in miner's head lamps and also for check of operability of technical means of a system
• readers (SCh) are the stationary URPT transceivers providing registration of the tags of a system of positioning (which are built in radio units of the miners set on VShT) and data transmission about the registered tags on the server of data collection
• repeaters (PV) are the stationary devices providing lengthening (branching) of the communication line (in the mines not dangerous on gas and dust, as repeaters readers URPT with function of the repeater are used)
• the power sources (PS) are power sources (including intrinsically safe) with accumulator support for a power supply of technical means of a system
• the autonomous point of a mark (APM) — constantly radiating circuit having self-contained supply and which is not connected with the system server wire lines of communication. ATO is put to the well (spur) drilled in a development board in a zone where it is necessary to control emergence of VShT and performs function of the identifier of this zone (a face, section, development, etc.)
• the mobile device of registration (MDR) — the transceiver performing function of the identifier of the vehicle and providing data transmission from an autonomous point of a mark on the stationary reader
