AliExpress completed the project of reorganization of business processes according to 54-FZ

On October 23, 2017 the company announced the First BIT the project of reduction of business processes of online business of AliExpress in compliance with provisions of law 54-FZ.

Project Tasks

After entry into force of amendments to 54-FZ, the companies implementing goods or services in the territory Russian Federation obliged to use the special cash registers for data transmission about sales through the Fiscal Data Operator (FDO) in Federal Tax Service (FTS). Action 54-FZ extended also on internet- shops.

Before AliExpress there was a task - to modify business processes according to the Russian legislation, to implement necessary software products and to integrate them with the used ERP system.

For the solution of the standing tasks of AliExpress selected Project office "The First BIT", Moscow, m. Sports.

Project Progress

Specialists of the First BIT got to work when 54-FZ only became effective and there was no practice of its application.

Within modeling of integration processes developers formulated the main objectives:

• studying of the Chinese ERP system used in AliExpress and determination of its technical features
• possibility of its integration with 1C: Retail
• selection of the equipment and possible integration
• load distribution of transfer and obtaining payment documents
• development of the interchange format of data and determination of version of the protocol
• data exchange monitoring setup

As a result of modeling the necessary IT architecture and methodology of work according to 54-FZ is developed. The technology by means of which "1C: Retail" integrated with the Chinese ERP system freely received all flow of payment data from the ERP system regarding sales is created. Standardized it and "online cash desk" sent to a cloud service. From there the processings given later are distributed through in OFD in FTS. At receiving the answer from OFD, 1C: Retail sends the answer back to ERP-cistema.

After completion of modeling and stress testing the company integrator wrote technical specifications for development, held development, integration testing and start of the created methodology in operation. Stabilization is complete in a month.
