NIPI "Neftegaz" automated document flow based on the Thesis system

The Haulmont company announced on October 23, 2017 system implementation of management of documents and tasks Thesis at research design institute "Neftegaz".

NIPI "Neftegaz" is dynamically developing organization rendering full range of services in the direction of design and exploration work for oil-and-gas production enterprises. Activity of institute covers practically all directions on complex design and arrangement of oil, gas and gas-condensate fields, transportation of oil and gas, oil depots, bulk platforms and also design of oil and gas processing plants.

As a result of rather long consideration of automation systems of document flow by specialists of institute, a choice was made for benefit of basic edition of an electronic document management system Thesis. This editorial office allows to solve problems of classical e-document flow and to exercise control of performing discipline.

"After at institute the testing period Thesis ended and also system documentation was studied in detail, technical specialists of NIPI made the decision to carry out implementation of EDMS by own forces.

We only gave a distribution kit and licenses for a system, and installation and the Thesis setup on the server hardware the customer performed independently — the manager with corporate clients of EDMS "Thesis" Valentin Astapov told.
