2019: Implementation of a multimedia complex for a conference room of head office "Rosatom"

On February 26, 2019 the iCore company reported that her specialists developed and implemented the project of a multimedia complex for a conference room of head Moscow office of the Engineering division of ROSATOM State Corporation.

Small Hall

The multimedia complex consists of the subsystems interconnected and working as a unit. Its wide functionality allows to provide holding actions of a different format.

Crucial element of the solution is the system of video display consisting of the videowall of 4.8х2 m in size, duplicative screens and video displays and also the interactive video system based on "stitching" of three projectors.

Processing, transfer and distribution of a sound by the hall are provided by an audioprocessing subsystem. Also a debatable conference system which not only allows to hold audio conferences is a part of a complex, but also it is used as a sound source for a video conferencing.

For visual control of the premises of a conference room are used the system of technology television.

Jobs of operators are equipped with monitoring equipment video and audiosignals and also management tools that allows to react quickly to a situation in the hall.

The important equipment of a complex is protected by powerful uninterruptible power supply unit.

Engineers of iCore used the equipment of such producers to equipment of a conference room as NEC, Extron, Crestron, RGB Spectrum, Sony, Polycom, Biamp, Bosch, Barco, Sennheiser, Clear One, Beyerdynamic, Shure, Schneider Electric.

When implementing the project the most modern and interesting solutions among which the complex video system with an interactive projection and motorized two-sided OLED displays, non-standard implementation of a conference system based on microphone arrays with channel-by-channel audioprocessing by a stack of digital audioprocessors and also a powerful core of the central switching and a videooborabotka were used. As a result we managed to provide a combination of characteristics of multimedia providing a conference room, optimal at cost and functionality, having saved at the same time the maximum flexibility and a variety of possible profiles of use.

2017: Implementation of VKS in network of comprehensive schools of Rosatom

In 2017 in network of comprehensive schools of Rosatom the single system of a video conferencing for ensuring the innovation educational process is implemented. The project was executed by Maksoft integrator (Penza).

The School of Rosatom project is developed for the purpose of implementation of the innovation educational processes. Educational classes are equipped with the latest technology: including for exchange of experience, holding scientific conferences and educational Olympic Games the video conferencing is implemented.

In the project schools participate in the cities of Zarechny, Sarov, Zelenogorsk and Three-mountain — all these localities are the centers of the nuclear industry of Russia. In total as of October, 2017 in Russia 246 schools of Rosatom are opened, scaling of the project is planned.

On a response of customer representatives, in the solution of Yealink they were attracted by not only the general available realization value of the project, but also modern design, high quality of video conference on unstable communication channels and existence of Full of the HD camera from 12 with a multiple optical zoom.


At project implementation the integrator was faced by three main objectives:

  • Ease of use.
    • For simplification of calls the SIP protocol was used. Simple number for set is assigned to each region, and educational institutions in which there is no VKS system can participate in a conference thanks to SIP telephony.

  • Bypass of network screens.

    • Traffic for education of minor pupils is subject to tough filtering and passes through NAT. Thanks to the system of automatic overcoming NAT, the equipment Yealink with hardly any trouble at all works in these networks.

  • Work in the conditions of the low speed of communication channels.

    • At a stage of preproject inspection it was revealed that in some regions the speed of communication channels is unstable and about 512 kbps can fall. Testings were held with a connection speed of 512 kbps – 1 Mbps. The quality of the transferred image remained in permission 720p.


The geography of Rosatom is extensive, the transfer of pupils for holding different training events takes a lot of time and incurs serious expenses. System implementation of VKS allowed to increase the number of group interregional actions, to reduce costs for carrying out.

Teachers in the online mode share the got experience, the cases Best practice, results of experiments, jointly discuss these or those problems. Using Yealink Desktop we could not break educational process of the teachers and children who are out of educational institution on an etiology. The products Yealink allowed to carry out "live" communication with carriers of foreign languages, the internal interregional creative and scientific Olympic Games, collective conferences without costs for a transfer of pupils and the accompanying teachers that significantly cut down our expenses. At children the skill of skill to communicate, desire to tell about the house and the city increases, they already at early age begin to be on friendly terms and communicate "regions". The equipment Yealink optimum is entered in the project and in a basic complete set completely meets requirements of the customer. Simplicity of installation and setup helped to solve all problems in short terms. Rosatom is going to expand the number of schools project participants and to organize training centers of teachers. This system will be able to lay the foundation of an educational system not only at schools of Rosatom corporation, but also in other educational institutions through the whole country, consider in Maksoft Group.
