Petroneft (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

During the project a common information space for work of staff of several legal entities entering into Petroneft Group, located in Samara, the Samara region and Moscow will be organized. At the first stage work is provided in the System of 124 employees of Petroneft Group.

The electronic document management system includes two subsystems: management subsystem general office-work and management subsystem agreements and contractual documents.

The management subsystem the general office-work provides process automation of the general office-work, including document registration (entering, outgoing, internal), consideration of documents, drawing the resolution in electronic form, appointment and execution of tasks under resolutions of the head and also under protocols and administrative documents, approval of outgoing and internal documents, report generation about performing discipline.

The management subsystem agreements and contractual documents provides registration, storage, search, approval of agreements and contractual documents (acts of the performed works, consignment notes) and their processing for all lifecycle.
