Holding Siberian Cement JSC HC Sibtz

OJSC Holding Company Siberian Cement was founded in 2002 as a result of the privatization of Topkinsky Cement LLC in 2001, one of the main enterprises of the holding. Currently, Siberian Cement HC is one of the largest cement producers in the Siberian Federal District.

The Open Joint-Stock Company Siberian Cement Holding Company includes horizontally integrated enterprises for the production of cement and cement raw materials:

• Topkinsky Cement LLC (Topki, Kemerovo Region);
• Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC (d Krasnoyarsk.);
• Timlyuy Cement Plant LLC (Kamensk village, Republic of Buryatia);
• LLC "Quarry" Pass "and the Angara Cement and Mining Plant, managed on a parity basis;
• Mining Company LLC (Tatar Klyuch village, Republic of Buryatia);
• LLC "Quarry" Pass "(village. Slyudyanka, Irkutsk region);

and vertically integrated enterprises:

• LLC Volna Combine (Krasnoyarsk), which produces chrysotile cement roofing and flat sheets and pipes;
• Siberian Concrete LLC (factories in Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk), specializing in the production of commercial concrete and high-quality mortars;
• Sibzemservice LLC (Kemerovo) is a company for the repair and maintenance of equipment, buildings and structures of cement assets of the holding;
• ZapSibCement LLC (Kemerovo) is a sales and logistics company;
• KuzbassTransCement LLC (Novosibirsk) is the operator of its own fleet of specialized railway rolling stock;
• LLC "Trading House" Siberian Cement "(Kemerovo) - the purchase of raw materials, materials and equipment for cement assets.

Also, HC Sibtz OJSC owns a 29.9% stake in Angarskcement OJSC (Angarsk, Irkutsk Region).
