For the purpose of production improvement the enterprise uses the best software products therefore for automation of contract activities, as the applicant for implementation, specialists selected EDMS Docsvision.
At a stage of the choice of EDMS the Andoc company provided necessary consultations on advantages of Docsvision. Also the personal demo access based on service of "Docsvision in lease" (Andoc Cloud) was provided that allowed to estimate objectively a system in operation and to develop the solution in its advantage.
The main selection terms of EDMS in JSC Podzemneftegaz were:
