On October 27, 2017 the Digital Design company announced an EDMS Docsvision implementation project in network of restaurants of BURGER RUS LLC (the franchisee of Burger King).
Project Tasks
The company was faced by a task - to exclude loss of documents, to simplify process of transfer between restaurants and a form of providing the reporting, to increase performance of work of employees.
EDMS based on Docsvision suggested to use Digital Design IT integrator. "RUS BURGER" decided to test a system and to analyze as implementation of EDMS will allow to optimize business processes within a pilot project.
Participants of testing - 25 restaurants of the Republic of Tatarstan where EDMS on the Docsvision 5.4 platform is implemented.
Project Progress
Specialists Digital Design developed "own card of the document" for solving of tasks of RUS BURGER company – the register with a necessary set of functionality into which the staff of restaurants "packed" documents, sent for approval in central office. Such solution simplified work in a system, saved the company from losses in document packages on the tested section.
Project Results
Automation of a system accelerated process of exchange of documents, made it more reliable, is more transparent also more controlled.
