On October 26, 2017 the Caravan company announced providing to clients within service "A cloud backup" of the Active Protection tool for data protection from the malware. The service is organized in partnership with Acronis.

Service is focused on data protection from viruses racketeers as Ransomware, WannaCry, NotPetya, Osiris, BadRabbit, etc.

The complete solution "Cloud Backup" in the mode of remote access reserves, automatically copies, stores and recovers data during any term on local and cloud platforms. To users from relevant cyberthreats of the digital world — the viruses encoders used by malefactors for racketing — as a part of a cloud solution of Caravan company the Active Protection tool, the developer Acronis company is provided for data protection.
