On October 26, 2017 company "1C: The first BIT" was announced system implementation by "1C: Accounting of agricultural enterprise 8" in the agricultural enterprise of Tatarstan "Seth silt".
Project Tasks
Effective activity of the company required operational planning of work of remote divisions, control of accomplishment of production plans and achievement of key indicators of activity, such as yield of milk, growth of a livestock of the cattle, crops of forage crops and volume of a harvest for procurement of forages for a livestock of animals.
The regulated and operational accounting in the company were not automated and were conducted separately, without application of uniform standards and rules. Formation of the regulated reporting was complicated. On preparation of weekly reports for work of branches 4-6 hours of time of employees left. There were errors and discrepancies in data. There was no opportunity to precisely calculate product cost. The management did not obtain the operational and reliable information necessary for planning and forecasting of productive activity.
The information system uniform for branches unifying accounting rules and providing operational data acquisition about activity of divisions, formation of the regulated reporting, planning and control over work of production divisions was required.
For the solution of assigned tasks the specialized industry solution "1C: Accounting of agricultural enterprise 8" is used. The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT (Kazan)".
Project Progress
The project proceeded 12 months. A system was unrolled in 200 workplaces in accounting and economical department.
Project Results
Implementation helped to unify methodology of the regulated and operational accounting in branches of the enterprise. Accuracy of cost accounting of finished goods increased. Time for formation of weekly activities reports of divisions is reduced from 4-6 to 1-2 o'clock minutes.
Preparation of the regulated reporting became simpler and accelerated. The management timely obtains reliable information necessary for planning and control of productive activity. As a result in the first three months of use of a new system it was succeeded to improve accomplishment of the production plan for 30%.
A system automates 200 jobs in accounting and economical department.
