Purpose of the system

The software product "Best: Online Procurement" is designed to automate accounting for the procurement activities of companies. The solution includes the main procurement management processes: the formation of purchase requisitions, the formation of lots and integration with the electronic platform b2b-center for bidding and reflecting the results in the system.

As part of the product, it is proposed to maintain the following blocks in a single information system:

• Procurement planning within the 223-FZ;
• Procurement planning for non- 223-FZ organizations;
• Unscheduled procurement;
• Tender announcement on the electronic platform b2b-center;
• Summing up and choosing the winner of the auction.

  • The document is intended to register the system needs in the materials and services

• Lot
  • The document is designed to consolidate the needs for materials and services according to several criteria: the all-Russian classifier of types of economic activity, the type of purchased products and the type of operation (configurable mechanism)

• Trading procedure
  • The document is intended for registration of trading procedures on the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center.

• Report "On-Line Trading Certificate"
  • The report displays the current state of the bidding process

• Trading Results Report
  • Report displays data on the execution of trading procedures

Integration with other systems

The configuration "Best: Online Procurement" can work both autonomously and together with such typical configurations 1C as: "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8," and "1C: Trade Management 10.3" "1C: Accounting 2.0" "1C: Integrated Automation 2" by combining it into a single information base. The consolidation process is relevant for three configurations: "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8," "1C: Trade Management 10.3," and "1C: Integrated Automation 2." For the 1C: Accounting 2.0 configuration, the process is slightly more complex and complemented by differences in metadata structure in terms of units of measure and organizational units. You will need the help of a 1C specialist.

Protection

The program is equipped with a system of protection against illegal use and involves licensing depending on the number of jobs used.
