Autodesk BIM 360 Project IQ — the intellectual assistant collecting data on a construction object using machine learning and analytics.

2019: Full-scale start of a product
At the end of February, 2019 the Autodesk company released a system with algorithms of artificial intelligence which signals about dangers on construction objects. The new product received the name Construction IQ.

Using Construction IQ project engineers can estimate potential influence of problems on product quality, compliance to the diagram and cost of possible damage. Besides, Construction IQ analyzes risk of injuries of workers as a result of falling as they are a basic reason of death of workers on buildings. A system also analyzes performance of all company on the current projects.
New opportunities of BIM 360 include expanded data access of the project, including to cards of partners and the interactive scheme of the project and also the improved Project Home setup and all panels of monitoring. Construction IQ was used on construction projects of many types, including apartment houses, office buildings and terminals of the airport.
Autodesk reports that one of clients — BAM Ireland company — already noted decrease in problems of quality and security by 20% when using Construction IQ. Thanks to Construction IQ the customer could improve monitoring of security on building sites without attraction of excess labor power.[1]
