InternetUrok.ru, a Russian Internet project in the field of school education, started in 2009. In 2017, it offers 4,700 video lessons in all school subjects from grades 1 to 11. The project team implements the idea of providing high-quality distance education, which takes into account the features of each student. In terms of quality and volume, all video materials correspond to the school curriculum and even exceed it. Among the authors of video tutorials are candidates and doctors of sciences, laureates of prizes in the field of education, winners of national pedagogical competitions, holders of grants and presidential scholarships, authors of textbooks and scientific works. InternetUrok.ru are visited by about 2.5 million unique users per month (4 million visits), including schoolchildren, parents and teachers.
The training takes place in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard using materials from the InternetUrok.ru website, traditional school textbooks and other Internet services. The school implements all the main educational processes: a student can, without leaving home, view video lessons, read textbooks and notes, practice on electronic simulators, undergo testing and consult with a teacher. In the fall of 2017, the YAKlass system was introduced into the Home School. Thanks to this, students of the Internet school can consolidate knowledge with the help of 6 million additional tests and simulators. In addition, schoolchildren have the opportunity to perform part of their homework electronically, receiving instant feedback from the school, which makes the learning process more convenient and efficient.
