Businessresheniye Group will carry out preproject inspection of the enterprise for Kaliningrad Amber Factory

Businessresheniye Group is selected in November, 2017 as the contractor for carrying out preproject inspection of the enterprise for the purpose of the subsequent system implementation of business process automation (ERP system) for needs of JSC Kaliningrad Amber Factory.

The agreement on carrying out inspection is signed as a result of an open one-stage competition electronically. Information on tender is available on the platform zakupki.gov.ru.

According to the signed agreement, within preproject inspection it is planned:

• the analysis of the enterprise flowing a status;
• preparation of the offer on business process automation with carrying out contrastive analysis of implementation on the main platforms;
• preparation of the feasibility statement on system implementation of business process automation (ERP system);
• preparation of recommendations about option of implementation of ERP-of a system;
• preparation of technical specifications on ERP system development and deployment.

Carrying out preproject inspection should lead to formation of the list of problems and tasks to which solution the subsequent implementation, with the choice of the most suitable technical solution will be directed. It is expected that preproject diagnostics will simplify cost determination of the project, will increase efficiency of the subsequent implementation and will put criteria of successful input of a system in commercial operation.
