On November 1, 2017 the Cisco company announced deployment of the Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX) platform in 37 kitchen studios of the Russian furniture factory "Maria".
Project Tasks
In 2017 before department on information technologies of MF "Maria" there was a task to upgrade business processes. It was required to organize a correct time recording of employees, to simplify verification of phone numbers of visitors of kitchen studios, to increase efficiency. The company also intended to organize pro-active policy of work with clients.
For implementation selected the solution Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX).
Project Progress
For assessment of a product, MF "Maria" within three months tested the scenario of control of employees.
Delivery was executed by Technoserv Saratov company. In three kitchen studios in Saratov unrolled wireless networks of Cisco.
From the wireless controller information came on the Cisco CMX platform to DPC of the company. Keeping track of activity of the MAC addresses of corporate smartphones, the platform fixed presence of employees in a workplace and sent SMS notifications to the management in case of delay. Speed of reaction of the equipment - 10 min. After commissioning of the platform, data collection was made with the minimum deviation from real indicators.
Project Results
In addition to time management of presence of employees in workplaces, the Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences technology helps:
- conduct analytics of visits of kitchen studios by clients,
- define the number of visits,
- shares of clients and repeated visits,
- average duration of visits.
Determination is available - the familiar client came into specific studio, to tell the designer, to monitor their further interaction (miscalculations, execution of agreements, payment). Verification of the customer number requires connection to Wi-fi network.
