Ramek: Converter

"Converter" is intended for instrumental support of activity of persons under surveillance of NFO in the course of preparation and the direction in the Bank of Russia of the periodic reporting according to regulations of the Bank of Russia. Such reporting of not credit institutions (on the basis of the XBRL format) will become obligatory since 2018.

The software Converter implements converting of reporting data of NFO in the XBRL format (engl. eXtensible Business Reporting Language — "expanded language of the business reporting") and (or) generation of a packet of reporting data in the XBRL format on the basis of the in-fed information.

"Converter" allows to create electronic submission of the reporting of NFO in the XBRL format according to requirements of the Bank of Russia.

2017: Development is complete

On October 31, 2017 the Ramek company announced completion of software development Converter by request of the Bank of Russia.

Purposes of creation of software Converter of steel:

• Instrumental support of activity of persons under surveillance of NFO regarding automation of preparation and the direction in the Bank of Russia of the periodic reporting in the XBRL format;
• Decrease in load of NFO regarding preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format for the period of a transient period;
• Quality improvement of the reporting of NFO due to ensuring preliminary automated verification of such reporting in NFO on the basis of the rules put in taxonomy of XBRL of the Bank of Russia before providing the reporting in the Bank of Russia.

For providing the reporting in the XBRL format of the organization till 2021 can use free of charge software Converter provided by the Bank of Russia.

At the end of 2017 the Bank of Russia intends to decide on a possibility of use of the XBRL format in Electronic Data Interchange with credit institutions.
