History

2025: Alexey Leushkin, Member of the Board of Directors, increased his stake in the company by 1.5 times and became the owner of 53.27% of the shares

Alexey Leushkin, a member of the Board of Directors of the Samara Hydroautomatika OJSC, has increased his share in the enterprise by 1.5 times. Information about this in December 2025 is posted on the official page of the company. According to published documents, Leushkin bought almost 9.8 million voting shares (15.45% of the stake) from Dmitry Moiseenko. Prior to the transaction, Leushkin's share in the authorized capital was 31.54%, a block of ordinary shares - 32.67%. After the purchase and sale transaction, these shares increased to 46.99% and 53.27%, respectively.[1]

1994: Enterprise Corporatization

Since December 1994, Samara Hydroautomatika Plant has been an open joint stock company.

1967 - 1970

In 1967 and in 1970, the plant was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry and the Central Committee of Trade Unions. For his selfless work, for his great contribution to the development of aviation equipment, for the creation of perfect aircraft, more than 200 workers and engineers of the plant were awarded orders and medals of the USSR.

1969: Renaming to Kuibyshev Plant 'Hydroautomatika'

Since August 1969, the company was given the name Kuibyshev Plant 'Hydroautomatika'.

1955:1000 products

In the post-war years, due to the growth and development of the aircraft industry, the emergence of the rocket and space industries, the need for products of the enterprise sharply increased. By 1955, the nomenclature of products was almost 1000 items. Rubber and plastic parts are widely used instead of metal.

1948: Split into two businesses

In the spring of 1948, by decision of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the plant was reorganized into two independent production facilities. One production was transported to the city of Gorky and was called the'Gorky Normal Plant'. The main one was left in Kuibyshev as' Plant No. 305 '. At this time, the company is mastering new products, the production of consumer goods begins.

1941: Evacuation to Kuibyshev

After the outbreak of World War II, in November 1941, by decision of the State Defense Committee, the plant was evacuated to the city of Kuibyshev (Samara). In the new place, after 12 days, the production of products necessary to protect the Motherland was launched.

1938: Establishment of an enterprise in Moscow

Open Joint Stock Company "Hydroavtomatika" was founded in September 1938 as a specialized enterprise for the production of aviation normals. The plant was located in the city of Moscow.
