In Ensi Group Lotus Notes it is replaced with DirectumRX

To the middle of 2017 work with documents in the organization was conducted on the basis of the Lotus Notes platform. However within import substitution the management of Ensi Group looked for other solutions on business process automation. In DirectumRX they saw a system, available, efficient and perspective for scaling.

Creation of an effective functional ECM system which will provide became the purpose of workflow automation:

• simultaneous operation of 400 employees "Ensi group and EAE-Consult;
• the uniform structured information storage;
• possibility of process automation of approval and execution;
• formation of competence center;
• further development of a system.

The project team worked on sale of the main modules "Management of Documents" and "Office-work". The functionality of the boxed solution and a possibility of flexible configuration allowed to automate the main business processes of the organization without accomplishment of additional modifications.

Implementation of DirectumRX was performed on the reduced technology. The main works were performed by the project team consisting of specialists DIRECTUM and EAE-Consult. Collective interaction also played a big role at a setup stage as a part of works was delegated to employees EAE-Consult who underwent preliminary training for preparation of own competence center. Other users mastered systems capabilities at online webinars and independently using the detailed reference and the built-in videos. Similar approach to personnel training allowed to reduce terms of achievement of result considerably.
