Archives of Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory will integrate in a centralized system until the end of 2017

In the Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory in process of consolidation of archives comes to the end years of territorial subdivisions in a single centralized system of data.

Since May, 2017 State Budgetary Institution Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory began work on consolidation of the archive on the uniform platform – in the organization archive depository located at the address Bakuninskaya St., 43/55. New premises meet all modern safety requirements, safety of documents, ergonomics. Earlier archive materials were in Territorial Departments of Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory on 6 platforms. Consolidation of archive will allow not only to raise degree of its safety, but also will promote transfer of materials to an electronic form that considerably will increase efficiency and convenience of its use in work.

More than 75% of all volume of documentation are consolidated. The full integration of data of Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory in city information systems will become the next step. This work is performed within the state task according to which it is going to be completed until the end of 2019.

The Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory archive was created in the twenties the last century, it contains 69 thousand inventory cases which contain information on 122 thousand to objects. In 2016 according to requirements of the Federal law of 7/24/2007 No. 221-FZ "About cadastral activity" from other organizations of technical inventory performing activity in the territory of the city of Moscow (Federal State Unitary Enterprise Rostekhinventarization-Federalnoye BTI, SUE of the Oryol region "Interregional bureau of technical inventory", SUE Mosgorgeotrest, Goszemkadastrsjemka is VISKHAGI), on permanent storage 240 thousand objects are accepted. Thus, at the disposal of Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory there is information on more than 360 thousand objects that represents the most complete database with the technical information about the real estate of Moscow.
