VTB implemented the system of transaction services using Neoflex

The Neoflex company announced on November 8, 2017 project completion on creation of the Transaction Service 2.0 system based on Oracle SOA Suite for retail business of VTB. A system is intended for accomplishment of banking financial transactions in the conditions of a modular IT landscape. The Neoflex company acted as the partner in the solution of a task.

Project Progress

At a development stage specialists of Neoflex offered several prototypes of a system. Based on stress testing on the selected hardware complex the bank stopped the choice on a prototype which for 20% more productive and for 80% less exacting to database resources.

The considerable part of works was performed in only five months. In addition to development of a prototype of a system, detailed technical specifications on integration, the user and program interface were made, screen forms of users are processed.

At system development the advanced DevOps-experts were used. In particular, the assembly conveyor and testing was automated. By automatic tests an inspection of 450 functional scenarios of work is carried out. The received tests will and be used further at development of a system.

Project Results

The system of transaction services allows to increase performance, to reduce the number of the "collapsed" transactions due to consolidation of business logic with an integration layer and reduction of number of transitions between the accounting systems of bank. Development of the single interface for information search allowed to simplify localization of errors and to automate their correction.

Therefore start new and replacement old systems was undergone quickly and imperceptibly — Sergey Rusanov, the head of IT of the global Retail business line told.

Plans for development of the project

Further development of a system of transaction services will be connected with its lifecycle and possible changes in those IT systems with which integration was carried out.
