Kazakhstan created a system on protection against fraud at assessment of knowledge of medics

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" of Rostec State corporation, announced on November 8, 2017 that it in consortium with the Azerbaijani IT company Cybernet developed and started the integrated information system (ISS) providing elimination of corruption risks at assessment of knowledge of medics by request of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan.
ISS is implemented for the Center of development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the project of the World Bank.
System designation
IIS will allow to carry out theoretical and practice examination for doctors and nurses, graduates of medical schools, residents, interns, graduates of colleges, the faculty. Registration, testing and calculation of results are performed automatically and exclude a possibility of influence of a human factor.
System implementation will prevent fraud cases at assessment of competences of the medic. The staff of medical institutions will be able to pass absolutely safely test in a system thanks to several steps of data protection and control of the permitted and unauthorized accesses — the CEO of BARS GROUP Timur Akhmerov told. |
System operation
For each applicant the personal electronic account which gives the chance to select date and time of examination and also to submit the application for participation in examination and to trace its course is created, without leaving the house. Results of testing instantly go to a permanent personal account of the applicant, and it cannot be deleted or changed.
Plans for development of the project
Full-scale implementation of IIS when evaluating competence of specialists of health care is planned since the beginning of 2018. It is expected that it will increase quality and reliability of carrying out registration procedure, testing and processing of results at assessment of knowledge of medics for admission to practical activities.
